2014 is a license renewal year for Massachusetts Home Inspectors. Licensed Home Inspectors and Associate Home Inspectors are required, as a
condition of license renewal, to complete a minimum of 12 contact hours
of continuing education activities per renewal cycle. At least four hours of the required continuing education activities
shall be dedicated to the 266 CMR regulations including the standards of
practice and at least one hour shall be dedicated to professional
ethics for each renewal cycle.
